Yamamasa Koyamaen 山政小山園 - Yomo no Kaori 四方の薫
This matcha tea is exceptionally pleasant, with a mild and slightly sweet flavor. It’s more full-bodied and creamy than Samidori, the next tea on our list. The aftertaste lingers on the palate with a delightful combination of full-bodied creaminess and lightness.
“Yomo” signifies a simultaneous emanation from all directions, encompassing west, east, north, south, right, left, front, and back. Consequently, “Yomo no Kaori” (where “kaori” denotes a pleasant scent or fragrance) conjures an image of a delightful aroma emanating from all sides.
