Shipping policy

Canada

We currently ship across Canada, with the exception of Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

For orders below $100 CAD, shipping is a flat rate of:

• $6.99 CAD within British Columbia
• $10 CAD for the rest of Canada

United States

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD.

For orders below $150 USD, shipping is calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

During sales and promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect carrier transit times only and do not include our order handling time.

As a general rule, orders placed after 3 p.m. PST from Monday to Friday will begin processing on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on Monday, unless Monday falls on a holiday, in which case processing will begin on Tuesday.

Delivery Timing

Once processed, orders are shipped through trusted carrier partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, holidays, or seasonal volume.

Metro Vancouver orders may arrive as soon as the next business day.

A Note on Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped from Canada with care. Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier, but we’re always happy to help if any issues come up along the way.
