Final Sale & Order Issue Policy

At Matcha La Vie, all sales are final. Please review the policy below for how we handle specific order issues.

Final Sale

All purchases are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment or labeling error on our end, we will take responsibility to make it right.

To resolve the issue:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
  • The package must be dropped off using that prepaid label.
  • Once the return package has been scanned by the carrier, we will proceed with one of the following, based on your preference:
    • Ship the correct item at no additional cost, or
    • Issue a full refund for the order

Refunds or replacements are only issued after the incorrect item has been handed over to the carrier using the prepaid return label.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Matcha La Vie is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss.

We are happy to help guide you through the next steps with the carrier and provide any information needed to file a claim, but refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed.
