HOHO Hojicha Premium Light Roast Powder

HOHO’s most popular roast is made with umami-rich tencha, the same base material used for matcha. It is smooth and easy to drink, with a fuller roasted aroma and more depth than the standard series.

Made in Uji, Kyoto by Maruwu Seicha and finely ball-milled for easy mixing.

How to use

• Hojicha latte: whisk 2–3 g of powder with 100 ml of milk, then serve hot or over ice.
• Baking: add to cookies, financiers, cakes or pancake batter.
• Toppings: mix into ice cream or yogurt.
