HOHO Hojicha Premium Dark Roast Powder

A deep-roasted tencha hojicha with an intense aroma, full body and a lingering finish. HOHO’s Premium Dark Roast brings together the depth of a dark roast and the rounded sweetness of its tencha base.

Made in Uji, Kyoto by Maruwu Seicha and finely ball-milled for easy mixing.

How to use

• Hojicha latte: whisk 2–3 g of powder with 100 ml of milk, then serve hot or over ice.
• Baking: add to cookies, financiers, cakes or pancake batter.
• Toppings: mix into ice cream or yogurt.
