HOHO Hojicha Dark Roast Powder

HOHO’s boldest standard roast, with a deep roasted aroma and a rich, dry finish. Its flavour holds up well in milk and at higher temperatures, so it is a strong choice for hojicha lattes, cookies and other baked goods.

Made in Uji, Kyoto by Maruwu Seicha and finely ball-milled for easy mixing.

How to use

• Hojicha latte: whisk 2–3 g of powder with 100 ml of milk, then serve hot or over ice.
• Baking: add to cookies, financiers, cakes or pancake batter.
• Toppings: mix into ice cream or yogurt.
